Electrical Assurance Program





Electrical repiars can be expensive. The Powers That Be Electric, Inc. offers Electrical Assurance plans to assist with the cost of electrical projects. Simply choose the level of help from the plans below, and let us help you with your electrical needs!





Assurance Basic





• Free annual electrical inspection

• No cost to replace existing switches and switching devices1, receptacles (including GFCI), or cover plates

• No labor charge to replace existing light fixtures or existing ceiling fans

• No labor charge to replace existing circuit breakers


$60/month or $660 annually



Assurance Plus





• Free annual electrical inspection

• No cost to replace existing switches, receptacles (including GFCI), or cover plates

• No labor charge to install new light fixtures or ceiling fans2

• No cost to add 15 and 20 amp circuits3

• Preferred hourly rate for normal service calls on any non-covered items


$80/month or $700 annually



Assurance Premier





• Free annual electrical inspection

• No cost to replace existing switches, receptacles (including GFCI), or cover plates

• No labor charge to install new light fixtures or ceiling fans2

• No cost to add 15 and 20 amp circuits3

• No cost to add 30 to 100 amp circuits3

• No cost to add 15 to 50 amp circuits outside of your home4

• Preferred hourly rate for all service calls on non-covered items(Including after hours or weekend)5


$100/month or $1100 annually

Restrictions


• 1 Excludes generator transfer switches

• 2 Does not include cost of light fixture or ceiling fan

• 3 Maximum of three circuits, all of which must be within the primary structure

• 4 Maximum of two circuits, does not include equipment cost necessary to complete installation

• 5 Must be an emergency service call

• All Assurance plans require a 12 month contract agreement

• Assurance plans paid on monthly installment require an automatic bank draft for payment


Contract Cancellation


Once started, the Assurance agreement may not be cancelled after 30 days of either the beginning or annual renewal of the contract, or after a service visit. (Whichever happens first)


If the customer is active duty military, the contract may be cancelled at any time with written request and a copy of relocation orders.


Other Exclusions


The Assurance program does not cover work done by anyone other than The Powers That Be Electric, Inc. once the agreement is started. Should the customer have work done by anyone other than The Powers That Be Electric, Inc. the agreement will be held invalid, and the customer will be immediately held responsible for the remaining balance owed on the agreement.


The Powers That Be Electric, Inc. is not an insurer, and no insurance coverage is to be implied nor is it offered through the Assurance program.
