Restrictions
• 1 Excludes generator transfer switches
• 2 Does not include cost of light fixture or ceiling fan
• 3 Maximum of three circuits, all of which must be within the primary structure
• 4 Maximum of two circuits, does not include equipment cost necessary to complete installation
• 5 Must be an emergency service call
• All Assurance plans require a 12 month contract agreement
• Assurance plans paid on monthly installment require an automatic bank draft for payment
Contract Cancellation
Once started, the Assurance agreement may not be cancelled after 30 days of either the beginning or annual renewal of the contract, or after a service visit. (Whichever happens first)
If the customer is active duty military, the contract may be cancelled at any time with written request and a copy of relocation orders.
Other Exclusions
The Assurance program does not cover work done by anyone other than The Powers That Be Electric, Inc. once the agreement is started. Should the customer have work done by anyone other than The Powers That Be Electric, Inc. the agreement will be held invalid, and the customer will be immediately held responsible for the remaining balance owed on the agreement.
The Powers That Be Electric, Inc. is not an insurer, and no insurance coverage is to be implied nor is it offered through the Assurance program.
